What We Do

Lock Rekeying Service

Rekeying changes the internal pins of a lock so old keys no longer work, giving you control over who has access without replacing the entire lock.

How rekeying works

A locksmith removes the lock cylinder and replaces its pin configuration so it accepts a new key while rejecting all previous ones. The lock body and exterior stay the same, which makes rekeying an economical way to reset access. It is ideal when the hardware is in good shape but the keys have circulated.

Rekey vs. replace

Rekeying is usually cheaper than buying new locks and is perfect when you simply want old keys to stop working. Replacement is the better path when locks are worn out, damaged, or you want to upgrade security. A locksmith can advise which route fits your situation and budget.
