Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 1, 2026

1. What We Collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, a subject category, and message text. We also log your IP address and browser user-agent string for spam prevention.

If you browse the site without submitting a form, we do not collect personally identifiable information. We do not run advertising trackers, social pixels, or session-recording tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your message. We do not use your email address for marketing, newsletters, or outreach beyond directly answering your inquiry.

3. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • We do not place advertising cookies or track you across other websites.
  • We do not build behavioral profiles on visitors.

4. Service Providers

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

  • Web hosting -- our hosting provider processes server logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, URLs requested) for operational purposes under their own privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts -- we load fonts from Google Fonts, which may log requests to their servers. See Google's privacy policy.

5. Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies. Your browser may receive session cookies from third-party services (e.g., Google Fonts CDN), which are outside our control.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted. Server access logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.

7. Your Rights (CCPA / GDPR)

If you are a California resident (CCPA) or a resident of the European Economic Area (GDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us via the form on our Contact page.

We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA. There is nothing to opt out of in that regard.

8. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We apply industry-standard measures to protect data at rest, including honeypot filtering and rate limiting to reduce automated abuse.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our form, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be noted by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
